Researchers found that a 25mg daily dose of Sertraline lengthened the average ejaculatory interval (the time between the start of intercourse and ejaculation) from 1 minute to 7 minutes (600% increase!). You don’t have to time your dose or be bothered with topical applications, just take 1 tablet daily and PE is greatly reduced for most men.
How to take Sertraline?
Taking 1 tablet daily helps most men reduce their PE issue. It may take a few weeks for the medication to reach its full effect, so be patient and continue following your doctor’s instructions. Sertraline needs to be taken daily. If you skip days or doses, you may not receive the full benefit for PE.
What are the possible side effects of Sertraline?

- Agitation or restlessness: In some cases, Sertraline may lead to increased feelings of anxiety or restlessness.
- Suicidal thoughts: Although rare, some individuals may experience an increase in suicidal thoughts, especially when first starting the medication. Close monitoring is essential, especially in younger individuals.
What should I do if I miss a dose of Sertraline?
If you forget to take your daily dose of Sertraline, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
How should I store Sertraline?
Keep this medication in the original container that you received it in, tightly closed, and out of reach of children. Store it at room temperature and away from excess heat and moisture (not in the bathroom).
